Returnable Items
We only accept the product with a quality issue that cannot be used. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We have a 14 business day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If over 14 working days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in a resalable condition. It must also be in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the import tax for international clients. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We accept the return for a refund or exchange if the products are defective or damaged.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, on-sale and customized items cannot be refunded.
